Postage & Shipping Costs Outside of the USA

Because of security needs, customs practices, speed of delivery and rates,
buyers choices of delivery vary greatly from country to country.
Please take note of the many possible methods of delivery and
chose the one best suited to your needs.

Note that United States Postal Service (USPS) orders, air or ground, are
usually the least expensive, but cannot be tracked.
Unless you add the slight amount they charge to insure,
we cannot be responsible for orders via USPS which are stolen or do not arrive.

We can deliver using USPS (air, global or ground), TNT or DHL
Deliveries outside of USA require more handling than domestic ordered,
so for all carriers we require:

On orders there is a $10.00 processing charge, PLUS POSTAGE
Currently in the countries where the USPS Global Priority service is available and safe, delivery takes 3-5 days plus time in customs. (Postage for this service to most countries is $5.00 for one video and $10.00 for two videos plus the $10.00 listed above for the packaging and handling fee. )

DHL & TNT deliveries are the most secure and are faster than Global Priority or USPS Air Mail.

If you want the most secure and fastest delivery we use DHL or TNT. We select the one that is the least expensive in your area unless you specify one in particular.

If you need help in computing your shipping cost, you may e-mail us the list of the items you want, how many of each, and the method of delivery you prefer. We will promptly e-mail back the total charges of merchandise, processing, and postage.

Important Information: Video machines in the USA will only play NTSC formatted tapes.
Most other countries use video players that will only use PAL formatted tapes.
Be sure and specify the correct format on all videos ordered.
