For orders shipped outside the USA: This order form only reflects the cost for USA shipping, the added amount for overseas delivery will be emailed to you. Orders greater than 40 pounds may be shipped in more than one parcel. The added shipping for the extra parcel(s) will show as a second charge on your credit card and emailed to you. |
